ERR CONNECTION REFUSED

Changing the DNS can at times solve the error. Below are steps to change the DNS setting on windows.

  1. Open network and sharing center. You can easily open it by pressing “Windows + R key” and type the following code “ncpa.cpl”.
  2. From the available options on the left-hand side panel select “Change adapter settings”.
  3. Right click on the internet connection the device is connected be it local are network or wireless network.
  4. Next, press on Properties and select the “Internet Protocol Version 4” option.
  5. Now click again on the properties.

  5. Press the “+” button and enter the below DNS servers.
